Hell no job corps aint fun at all unless your 21 and up!man i went and they use to bang girls like 16 years old………..i dont remember if i did? but we use to fight all the time…..had to sell blood to get any money cuz they dont give u shit!!!! and dont get me started on These black mother fuckers and wetbacks and white trash, and wut ever else kind of weird race there was in there!!!!! well it aint fun at all and all we did was fuck hoes and get high!!!!!! other than that… fuck job corp

I have a 2nd interview with job corps when i get back home from vacation. I’m really scared because in the first interview they told me that we are required to stay there and only get to go home on fridays-saturdays which im not use to. But like you said, life is what you make it. I went to job corps for the tour and it looked excellent! Im excited but I just need some advice on what to expect.

wow this would have so help me when I was 13-14 damn I hated my place and constantly fighting with stupid parents gettng on my nerves. I might go to the thing.
My counselor sent me to visit the Edison Job Corp Center in NJ for a tour. I went and it was great. The center called me within 2 days and told me to be there on June 1st. I could not believe it. I was so overwhelmed and excited that they called me up so quickly. I am really looking forward to it. Ten thumbs to my great counselor.
@Highbyetrick Niga! my advice for u ya is dont go to grand rapids one! unless u da type dat does nothin but stay in yo dorm room. I went to dat one for like 2 yrs and there was nothin but trouble. 1 the hood is beefin wit the center (center is in da middle of da hood)3 when i mean beef i mean to the point they shot at us ALL THA TIME and fightin and shit like dat. to be honest da center made the hood more violent. last advice neva tell locals off center u from job cor or ur ass will get fuked up
@Antwoine19 HAH yeah you should do dat, der be some real killas in job cor true story mayn, I been there. dey dont play, knew tons of em that carried pistols on em and shit just to go off center cuz tha city hated ppl from job corps dont ask me why , so everytime we went off the center public cats started trouble all da time, and whats fucked up about it the job corps center was in da middle of the worse hood in da city so just make sure u goin to a good one, not one like mine HAhah

I am actually in Job Corps right now, in the advanced culinary program in San Francisco. Now, let me tell you right now– if you have the option to go to school, do it. But make sure it’s what you want. It’s not easy, and nobody’s gonna hold your hand. Do not, DO NOT drop out of school to go there, cause they’ll just have you go to school anyway.
