The Philippines brought the matter to the International Court of Justice but Malaysia refused to settle the dispute thru the ICJ because they knew that the Philippines has a legitimate claim. My suggestion is lay the issue on the table and take it up at a later time after we take care of our economic problem. The combined forces of AFP, MNLF, MILF could defeat the Malaysian forces.
