Your story reminds me of when I was in third grade, I started chasing this boy, I don’t remember why, but his group of friends started pushing me and yelling in my ear, so I kicked off my shoe and hit the kid right in the lips. I think I did that because I panicked. There was blood coming out of his mouth, and for some reason, I don’t regret what I did. I guess I felt threatened at the time.

@heroicphoenix000 another thing to remember is that never lose sight of the fact that there are a lot of rich and important people that have our condition. People are jealous of our intelligence. They go through life not having a clue how to manage things and just moan about why they dont have enough money. So those girls laughing in the car will probably get knocked up with a kid and booted out by the boyfriend. Dont worry we are destined for greater things

@heroicphoenix000 the trick is no matter how much it hurts learn to laugh at yourself. Say look at me I am a 4 eyed fat boy etc. What can they say to that??? Takes the wind out of their sails. Trust me it works. Works here and works in real life
I’ve done some similar things you did when I was younger. To be honest, I don’t know how many times you’ve been walking home & all of a sudden a girl/boy in their friends car says to you: “nice glasses, fattie.” or etc. Sometimes I feel like people look down on me because I have Aspergers. Could you give any advice to a junior?

You’ve experienced more than your fair share of trauma through the educational system. A system that does not value people as individuals. Our life journey is unique. But getting diagnosed, wheter it be Asperger’s or bipolar or any of the other labels psychiatry uses these days is not helpful. It makes you stop thinking you can evolve into a whole person. All mental illness are related. It happens to people who don’t mature as quickly. Find out who you are and it will happen. Who am I?
I went to a similar childhood but I don’t think I’m Asperger. I would keep watching to find out, and if I am Asperger I blame the school for that. I’m not British but the school was modeled after it. It was practically a nut house. Children gets scolded for hours and there was hardly any time left for any learning. Glad I left that place for good, but it leaves a scar.

I have Aspergers. As an infant I developed an interest in mathematics and music which I still study rigorously to this day.
Thanks!…I have Asperger’s and your story is like a carbon copy of my life experience!.I’m glad the schools have moved on since the 70’s/80’s as i was told to ‘Wash my mouth out with soap’ when i was 8 and copied a swear word at school and i went and did just that i was ridiculed in front of the whole school.:(

My son has Aspergers. He was diagnosed with it at 5. He is very social and playful. He also is very easily upset. That makes me worry for his future. It’s something that I’ll have to keep my eye on. It if fortunate that he has a good support system. He is a wonderfully creative little boy and as smart as can be. He is also very emotional and a bit of a drama queen. He sure keeps me busy! I am crazy in love with the little guy!
i acutally thoguht of the docotr as an aspie, hes a time lord genius, he doesnt fit in with his society and he seemes to be anti social, i mean he never has family dinners

That was so true! My son had that happen when he was 5. a teacher told her to look at her!!
oh–you went to Catholic school too. in my observation, they (both students and teachers) were much more violent with boys than girls. we got mostly emotional/verbal abuse, but the boys really got so much more physical abuse. it was bad.
I also have AS. My teacher has sent me to the office and given me many punishments because I wasn’t able to hold eye contact with her.
I am sorry to hear that Ghodium you need really to get an advokate so that if its difficult at the meetings someone can speak on your behalf. But I would strongly suggest that you appeal and try and get the decision revoked.
Thanks ignore what some very mental people in yahoo chat rooms have to say as a lot of them spend all day there and really have psychological problems that aleiviate the bordom of their none existant lives. The black sabbath dude that I just deleted is a drug user and lost his own children and his wife due to the fact he can’t keep off the booze and drugs. Never mind next as they used to say lol
I can agree about the women part. There voices are annoying and they can be such snobs. Imagine, this is coming from a woman myself. LOL

My mate Serge said his boss who is female told him that if he wanted to talk to her he had better grow a Vagina. If he had have said the same to her about growing a dick he would have lost his job. Sexist Attitudes seem to be ok from Women in the Workplace. I constantly had comments such as did I satisfy my girlfriend etc. Had I made such comments to them I would have been on a Sexual Harrassment Charge. Women stick together and lie for each other. So Its no good reporting them.
I know Aspies that have never worked. They are too afraid to even interact with NTs. Yet these are left alone as the worst you are the better. There is no help to help us. Its not that we can’t do the jobs offered. It is the other people that are the problem. The Social Overstimulation. Having to go to works functions to fit in. Dealing with people who can be very cruel. I would have decent work now if it were not for certain people who still work there. Women can be the worst!!
