Orissa, May 30 (ANI): Maoist menace has become a major threat to country’s development. After targeting security forces,government officials and common man, the rebels are now targeting government-sponsored programmes extensively.But,despite threat of Maoist violence in Koraput district of Orissa,development work is in progress in the area.New roads are being built across the tribal belt,linking up previously inaccessible areas. This has also created employment for tribals under the National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (NREGA).
